Regulations require Swan to verify the identity and details of all account holders before opening an account.
During the onboarding process, you must provide documentation that verifies your company:
- Some documents may be submitted upfront.
- Others may be retrieved by Swan based on the legal details provided in your onboarding form.
- Additional documents may be requested directly by Swan or your payment account provider.
This information will be reviewed and validated to finalize your account opening.
