To open a company account, you'll need to provide documents that verify your company's identity and legal status. Preparing these documents in advance helps you complete onboarding faster.
Here's how the document process works:
- You provide: identity documents and Articles of Association during onboarding.
- We retrieve: documents based on your company's legal details (for example, Proof of Registration), where available.
- We may request later: additional documents at any point during the account lifecycle.
Once we review and approve your documents, your account is open and ready to use.
Documents required to open an account
-
Identity documents
You'll need your identity document to complete the identification process.
-
Proof of company registration
Your proof of registration must be dated within the last 3 months.
The required document depends on your company type and legal form (for example, legal entities, co-ownerships, trusts, associations, self-employed individuals, or freelancers) and the country of registration.- If the account holder is not a legal representative, a power of attorney and the legal representative's identity document are required.
- If you don't have your proof of registration document, you may provide your company registration number so that your document can be retrieved from a verified source such as an official database or registry.
-
Articles of Association
Provide the full, current Articles of Association for your company. If your company has made changes that aren't yet reflected in the document, provide the most recent version or one dated within the last 6 months.
