Accepted proofs of activity
You might be asked to share one or more of the following proofs of activity:

| Invoices issued to clients | Invoices that clearly show your business name, client details, and a short description of the services or products you provide. |
| Commercial presentation materials | A brochure, portfolio, or presentation that shows your products or services. |
| Business bank statements | Bank statements with transactions related to your business activity, such as client payments or supplier expenses. |
| Media coverage or publications | Media articles, interviews, or professional network posts mentioning your company or your services. |
| Proof of registration for regulated professions | A professional license, registration certificate, professional membership, or affiliation for a regulated field like law, medicine, accounting, or insurance. |
| Employment contract | A valid contract confirming your current professional activity. |
| Recent rental income proof | Rent receipts or bank statements that show rental payments as part of your business income. |
| Balance Sheet and income statement | Documents showing your ongoing operations. Only applies to companies that have been running for more than two years. |
| Financial forecast | A simple projection of revenue and expenses to help us understand your planned activity. Only applies to new companies or freelancers active for less than two years. |

Document preparation
- Check that your documents are clear and easy to read.
- If you’re sending links, make sure that they work.
- Make sure names and details match what you entered in your onboarding form.
- Share more than one type of proof if that helps show your activity more clearly.
