Download your transaction confirmation statements

You might need to provide a document to a third party to confirm you initiated a transaction. Transaction confirmation statements show that your banking service provider has executed a transaction.

Transaction confirmation statements don't prove that a transaction was completed successfully; only that the transaction was initiated.

You can get transaction confirmation statements only for Booked transactions that appear on your account statement.

Transaction confirmation statements are unavailable for card transactions, SEPA Direct Debit transactions (SDD In or SDD Out), fee transactions, or any other transaction types not explicitly mentioned. They are also not available for Rejected or Pending transactions.

Downloading a transaction confirmation statement

  1. Go to Web Banking > History.
  2. In the History tab, open the transaction for which you’d like to download a statement.

  3. Click Transaction confirmation to generate and automatically download your statement.

To download the transaction confirmation statement in your preferred language, go to Web banking > Account > Settings > Official document language, and select the language from the dropdown list provided.

Review your transaction confirmation statement

Your transaction confirmation statement includes the following details:

  1. Transaction information: execution date, type, amount, label, and reference.
  2. Debtor information: sender’s name, account number, and bank identifier.
  3. Creditor information: recipient's name, account number, and bank identifier.
