Downloading your account statement

View and download your account statements using the Web Banking app. Understand your balance and transaction history over time.

Download your account statement

  1. Go to Web Banking > History
  2. Click Account statements, which triggers a popup to appear.

  3. Click Custom to view the custom account statements display.
  4. Click + New to generate a custom statement.

  5. Specify the start and end dates (timeframe) for downloading the account statement.

    You can download account statements for up to 90 days each time; for longer periods, or other types of account statements, contact Swan Support.

  6. Select PDF or CSV format for your document download.
  7. Choose the language for your account statement.
  8. Click Generate.

  9. To view and download your statement, select the external link icon to open the document.

Review your account statement

  1. Type of account: individual or company.
  2. Personal information: name and address.
  3. Bank account information: International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and Bank Identifier Code (BIC).
  4. Statement duration: up to 90 days.
  5. Opening balance: amount of money in a bank account at the start of a period.
  6. Transaction Information: dates, types, and amounts.
  7. Ending balance: the amount of money left in your bank account after fees and transactions.
