Restricted businesses

  • Updated

Swan provides the infrastructure that allows businesses to offer financial services. To do this responsibly, we must follow laws, regulations, and the rules set by banks, payment networks, and regulators. While most companies can use Swan, there are certain types of businesses we aren't legally allowed to support.

These restrictions are based on risk, not preference. Swan won't work with businesses that could harm Swan's or its partners' reputation or finances

We may expand our service to support more industries in the future.
