Request a merchant payment method

Prerequisites 
To request payment methods, you must first request your merchant profile.

  1. Go to Web Banking > Merchant.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Click the + icon to request a new payment method. A pop-up window appears.

  4. Click Request to submit your request for the chosen payment method.

  5. When your payment method request is under review, its status changes to Pending.

*Your approved merchant profile’s status changes to Enabled.

After your payment method is enabled, you can create and send a payment link to your customers or accept in-person card payments on your phone.
