Prerequisites
To request payment methods, you must first request your merchant profile.
- Go to Web Banking > Merchant.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click the + icon to request a new payment method. A pop-up window appears.
- Click Request to submit your request for the chosen payment method.
- When your payment method request is under review, its status changes to Pending.
*Your approved merchant profile’s status changes to Enabled.
After your payment method is enabled, you can create and send a payment link to your customers or accept in-person card payments on your phone.
