Requesting your merchant profile

Merchant profiles are only available for approved company accounts to accept payments from their customers.

  1. Go to Web Banking > Merchant.
  2. Click + Request access to request your merchant profile.

  3. Enter your merchant details such as the merchant name, product type, expected monthly payment volume, and expected average transaction. Customize your merchant profile with your website, accent color, and logo (optional).
  4. Click + Request profile to request your profile.

  5. When your merchant profile request is under review, your merchant profile status is Pending review.

*Your approved merchant profile’s status changes to Enabled.

After your merchant profile is Enabled, you can request payment methods and create payment links to send to your customers. If you have further questions, submit a request to Swan Support.
