To update your residence or business address, submit a request to Swan Support.
Request your address change
Your request should include the following information:
- Email address: use the email address you used when you opened your account.
- Subject line: choose a straightforward subject like "Request to change address"
- Address details: provide both your old and new address.
Check your current saved address
Before you ask for an address change, please check the address currently connected to your account to confirm that a change is needed.
You can view your current address, provided when you opened your account in the Web Banking app:
- Go to Web Banking > Account
- Select the Main IBAN to view the address (3) linked to your account.
Requirements for an address change
Company account
- Submit your company’s proof of registration document with the new address, such as an “Extrait Kbis” for French companies, or another official registration document.
- Make sure that the new address is in your company’s account country, which is in Europe.
Individual account
- You must be a resident of a European country.
- You can’t request to change your address to a location outside of Europe.
Confirmation of address change
Once the verification process is complete, Swan will send you an email confirming the address change.
You can update your physical card delivery address when you order your card in the Web Banking app.
