After you’ve ordered your card, it will be processed within the next business day. It will be sent from one of our French or Spanish hubs to your address using a local postal service or shipping provider.
Steps to order your card
- Go to Web Banking > Cards.
- Click Create your first card.
- Select the card of your choice, then click Next.
- Enter the card name (optional).
- Set the authorized spending limit, and the rolling period:
- 24 hours rolling (Daily)
- 7 days rolling (Weekly)
- 30 days rolling (Monthly)
Tip
Spending limit: The maximum amount of money you can spend in a time period.
Rolling period: A continuous timeframe, often the past month, used by banks to check account activity and set spending limits. - Select the card settings and permissions:
- Virtual and physical cards: for online payments, ATM withdrawals, non-euro transactions, and international transactions.
- Single-use cards: you will only be able to set the amount or whether it’s a one-off or reoccurring card.
- Verify that the address you provided when you opened your account is the correct delivery address for your card. Click Change if you need to update the address.
This is your only chance to update your card delivery address on your own without the help of Swan Support.
- If necessary, update your delivery address, then click Change.
- After confirming your address, click Next to finalize your card order.
*Your physical card has been ordered. Card orders are delivered on business days only, and take one to three weeks to arrive.
If it's been three weeks and you still haven't received your card, submit a request to Swan Support. If you are notified that your card is lost during delivery, please order a new card.
Please note that if your card can’t be delivered, it will be returned and canceled by Swan. You will be notified about the cancelation.
