How can I check my billing?

You can check all your invoices from your account's Billing tab:

  1. Log in to your Swan account.

  2. Click on the Account tab and then click on Billing.Billing.png
  3. Click on INVOICE-period to download the invoice corresponding to the billing period.Invoice.png

Please note that :

  • A new invoice will be generated on the first day of each month (end of billing period) and added to the list of available invoices.
  • Each invoice lists all the banking fees charged to your account during the billing period.
  • No invoice will be generated if no banking fees were charged during the last billing period.
