This could be due to an incorrect shipping address or an issue with the carrier. Please double-check the address before ordering.
Please note, while you're waiting to have your physical card, you can still add your card digitally to Apple Pay or Google Pay and use it immediately.
If you still haven't received your cards within 10 business days of making your order, we suggest that you block it definitively from your account under "Cards" tab by clicking on "Permanently Block" field:
You should select the following reason: "The card was never received*" and click on "Permanently block" button:
You can then re-order a new one.
* Your card will be returned to the manufacturer and destroyed upon receipt.
