To request an account opening letter, submit a request to Swan Support. Only the account's legal representative can make this request.
In your request, please include the company name and IBAN. Swan needs a way to identify each account, especially if you have multiple accounts.
Swan Support will process your request, and you’ll receive the letter in .pdf format.
There is a fee for processing this request, which you can find in your Terms and Conditions. If you have multiple accounts, a fee will be charged for each letter produced.
