Request a circularization letter

  • Updated

A circularization letter or direct confirmation procedure is a request made by the accounting auditor (Chartered Accountant or Statutory Auditor) to confirm an account's transactions, balances, and other relevant information as part of the auditing process. Only the account's legal representative can make this request.

To request a circularization letter, you’ll need the circularization letter request document (“request letter”). Submit the document to Swan Support using this request form.

Your request letter should include the following information:

  • A list of all accounts: Swan needs a way to identify each account, especially if you have multiple accounts. This could include the company name and IBAN.
  • Date the accounting period ends: for accounts not closed on 31 December of the year of the request.

There is a fee for processing this request, which you can find in your Terms and Conditions. If you have multiple accounts, a fee will be charged for each letter produced.

If you have further questions, submit a request to Swan Support.
