Create and cancel virtual IBANs

Virtual IBANs can only be used to accept payments, they can’t be used to make payments.

Creating virtual IBANs

  1. Go to Web Banking > Account.
  2. Select the Virtual IBANs tab.
  3. Click + New, which automatically generates a virtual IBAN.

  4. Click + New to create additional IBANs.

    *Review the list of virtual IBANs with their BIC and status on Account > Virtual IBANs.

Canceling virtual IBANs

  1. Go to Web Banking > Account.
  2. Select the Virtual IBANs tab.
  3. Click the minus button for the virtual IBAN you want to cancel.

  4. The status for your canceled virtual IBAN changed from Enabled to Canceled.
