You might need to provide a document to a third party to confirm you initiated a transaction. Transaction confirmation statements show that your banking service provider has executed a transaction.
Transaction confirmation statements don't prove that a transaction was completed successfully;only that the transaction was initiated.
You can only get transaction confirmation statements for the following types of Booked
transactions, those that appear on your account statement:
- SEPA Credit Transfers (incoming and outgoing)
- Instant SEPA Credit Transfers (incoming and outgoing)
Transaction confirmation statements are unavailable for Rejected or Pending transactions.
