Cancel a Standing Order

Sometimes you may need to cancel a Standing Order for various reasons. It's important to know how to cancel it to avoid additional transactions and to manage your payments. Follow these steps to cancel your Standing Order.

Please note that even if you cancel your Standing Order, any orders already in process will continue to be processed.

Steps to cancel a Standing Order

  1. Go to Web Banking > Transfer.
  2. Open Standing orders.
  3. Click the entry to view or cancel the Standing Order.

  4. Click Cancel.

  5. Click Cancel standing order.

*Your Standing Order will be listed as Canceled in the Standing orders tab.
