Set up Apple Pay

Swan only supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. We don't support other digital wallets.

To use your virtual and physical cards with your Apple device, you must add them as a payment method in your Apple Wallet app.

  1. Open the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the + icon and sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Select Add a new card.
  4. Tap Debit or Credit Card, then tap Continue.
  5. If asked to choose a bank, search for and select Swan.
  6. To add card details, do one of the following:
    • Position your card so that it appears in the camera frame.
    • Enter the card details manually.
  7. Read and Accept the Issuer Terms.
  8. Select the card verification method (text message).
  9. You will receive a text message from Swan containing a one-time verification code to add your card to Apple Wallet. Enter the verification code to activate payments using Apple Pay.

Depending on your device, you might need additional verification steps for activation, such as calling the number on your screen and following the instructions.

After the setup is complete, you'll receive a text message from Swan confirming that your payment card is ready for Apple Pay. You can now use your card wherever you see a contactless symbol or the Apple Pay logo.

If your card isn't compatible with Apple Pay, submit a request to Swan Support.
