Swan supports only Apple Pay and Google Pay; other digital wallets aren't supported.
To use your virtual and physical cards with your Apple device, you must add them as a payment method in your Wallet app.
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
- Tap the + icon. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select Add a new card.
- Tap Debit or Credit Card, then tap Continue.
- To add card details, do one of the following:
- Position your card so that it appears in the camera frame.
- Enter the card details manually.
- Read and Accept the Issuer Terms.
- Select the card verification method (text message).
- You will receive a text message with a one-time verification code from Swan to add your card to your Apple Wallet. Enter the verification code to activate payments using Apple Pay.
Depending on your device, you might need extra verification steps during installation, such as calling Swan Support for activation. Swan Support's phone number will appear on your screen.
After set-up is complete, you will receive text message from Swan confirming that your payment card is ready for Apple Pay. You can now use your card wherever you see a contactless symbol or the Apple Pay logo.
If you're informed that your card isn't compatible with Apple Pay, submit a request to Swan Support.
