To file a complaint with Swan Support, follow these steps:
- Submit a request to Swan Support.
- Include all relevant details to help us resolve your complaint:
- Clearly describe the issue and when it happened.
- Specify the type of issue you’re facing, whether it's fraud, a payment transaction problem, or any other matter you may be experiencing.
- To ensure a better handling of your complaint, please don't duplicate requests or send complaints from multiple people.
In the case of an unjustified dispute about a payment transaction, a fee may apply.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your request and before any legal action, we encourage Individual Customers to freely communicate their complaints directly to the Mediator at AFEPAME through the following channels:

- Through the AFEPAME Consumer Mediator website.
