If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, either at ATMs or various merchants, your card will be temporarily blocked for 24 hours.
You must wait at least 24 hours after your last failed attempt to unblock your card.
- Go to Web Banking > Cards.
- Select Physical card.
- At the bottom right, below the image of your card, click Unblock.
- You will receive a message to consent on your mobile device with the phone number registered to your account.
- After your card is unblocked, click View PIN for your PIN.
- To complete the card unblocking process, you must insert your card and enter your correct PIN at an ATM—you do not need to withdraw money.
