Unblock your card after three incorrect PIN attempts

If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times at an ATM or merchant, your card will be blocked. You can unblock your card after 24 hours from your last incorrect PIN attempt.

This card block only affects your physical card; you can still use your virtual card.

 

To unblock your card, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Web Banking > Cards.
  2. Select Physical card.
  3. Below the image of your card, click Unblock.

  4. You'll receive a verification message to consent on your mobile device with the phone number registered to your account.

  5. After your card is unblocked, click View PIN. Remember the number you see.

  6. To complete the unblocking process, insert your card at any ATM, and enter the correct PIN. You don't need to withdraw money.
