Should your card become damaged or stop working, you can block it from your account and reorder a new card.

In order to block it permanently:

  • Go to the “Cards” tab, on the physical card, and click the “Permanently block” field.

  • Select the reason: ‘The card is not working properly’ and then click on “Permanently block” button.

  • We'll text you a link to confirm your request.
