In order to close your account, an account administrator should follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@swan.io indicating their wish to permanently close the account.

  • If you have multiple accounts, please indicate the account number you wish to close.

Please note, once your account is closed, this action cannot be reversed. The following will be canceled: your cards, direct debit mandates, standing orders. You won’t be able to add new members. All incoming credit transfers will be returned.

For one year, you will still be able to access your account and its account statements, and you will still be able to transfer funds to the IBAN of your choice (as long as your account balance is above €0).
