When a company onboards with Swan, they must declare their UBOs, or ultimate beneficial owners.

An ultimate beneficial owner is any natural person (that is a real, live, physical person) who owns, either directly or indirectly, at least 25% of the capital/rights to vote, or any person who controls your company's executive bodies or management.
