Swan verifies your ID when you first connect via your smartphone. This allows us to link your identity to your phone.
As long as we haven't verified your identity, you won't be able to have an IBAN attributed to your account, and you'll be limited to only 150€ worth of transactions/30 days.
We ask to renew ID verification in the following cases:
- if some time has passed since your initial ID verification
- if you've changed phones
- if you have deleted and reinstalled Swan app
